The TWSE RAFIR Taiwan High Compensation 100 Index (HC 100) belongs to TWSE. TWSE launched the TWSE RAFIR Taiwan High Compensation 100 Index (HC 100) in cooperation with Research Affiliates LLC (RA) on 25 Aug., 2014. 100 index constituents are selected and weighted according to employee compensation. With the adoption of RA fundamental index methodology, the HC 100 is a cost-effective underlying index for indexing investments, with the aim of motivating listed companies to distribute profits to their employees and fulfill corporate social responsibility.
